Austin Terry — Founder & CEO
Austin Terry is the Founder and CEO of Power LNG, bringing more than 25 years of experience in energy infrastructure development, construction, and operations. He leads the company’s strategic direction and the development of LNG facilities serving marine, transportation, industrial, and export markets.
Dean Wallace, PMP — Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dean Wallace is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Power LNG. A certified Project Management Professional, Dean brings extensive experience in LNG development, power generation, project management, permitting, and commercial execution. He helps lead the company’s regulatory strategy and the advancement of its LNG infrastructure projects from development through commercial operation.
C. B. “Bix” Rathburn, Ph.D. — Chief Investment Officer
Bix Rathburn serves as Chief Investment Officer of Power LNG. He brings extensive experience in investment banking, public finance, economic development, and institutional leadership. At Power LNG, he supports capital strategy, governmental relationships, and project development.
Jerry Frantz — Chief Financial Officer
Jerry Frantz serves as Chief Financial Officer of Power LNG, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, capital planning, and financial reporting. He works closely with the executive team and the company’s financial partners to support project financing, commercial growth, and the disciplined development of Power LNG’s infrastructure portfolio.
